On behalf of our client we are looking for Sales Engineers, and multiple roles due to company growth: Customer Support Specialist, Marketing Specialist and Technical Advisors and Technical support employees

Sales Supervisor and General Manager, Owners

Key accountabilities / Βασικά χαρακτηριστικά ρόλου

As a Sales Engineer you will play an essential role in presenting company and technical solutions and dealing with client technical needs/questions – with existing and new clients. You will meet with clients, mostly in their settings, handle objections and client challenges, and provide feedback, following back on your presentation(s) and proposal(s).

Your cooperation with technical advisors of our company is essential in analyzing client needs & challenges.

 

Requirements / Απαιτήσεις ρόλου

Sales Engineers

Experience:

  • Proven track record (2+ years) in industrial sales
  • Organizational and team working skills
  • Ability to present company and solutions to clients, handling objections & questions, and providing feedback & a good follow up to sent proposals
  • Familiarity with industrial settings, possessing awareness to understand/detect problems and identify opportunities

 

Technical & Market Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of industrial products, solutions, and applications
  • Tech-savvy, and fluent user of ERP, CRM and MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with the Greek market. Exposure to international collaborations can be an asset
  • Capacity to analyze market trends, and identify opportunities and client needs
  • Ability to handle and complete sales with a number of clients

 

Sales & Client Management:

  • Expertise in managing client accounts and developing long-term relationships with industrial clients.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close complex, diverse deals: both high-value and simple ones.
  • Strong focus on promoting & delivering value through tailored, sustainable and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to understand the product range, identify sales opportunities, manage and seek development/growth of present accounts will be considered key

Qualifications / Δεξιότητες

Qualifications: 

  • Background in Sales and a passion for the challenges of this field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial / manufacturing sector
  • Good technical knowledge/understanding and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to travel domestically at a normal rate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) is definitely preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is also taken into consideration
