Key accountabilities / Βασικά χαρακτηριστικά ρόλου

The right candidate will be experienced in searching/attracting relevant talent for corporate clients, interviewing/assessing them in order to select the best fit for each role assigned. She/he will be skilled in understanding corporate client needs and translating them into locating and attracting corporate culture fit candidates with relevant skillset and potential. Major part of her/his role will be to make a comprehensive & continuous market mapping for existing and potential business opportunities in order to tap on organizational / corporate needs for talent strategies and long term cooperations – not just ad-hoc recruitment projects.


Requirements / Απαιτήσεις ρόλου

  • Ability to communicate equally well with corporate clients and candidates/professionals
  • Project attraction, with client relationship building involved, in order to achieve long term cooperations for talent management
  • Organising skills at a high level, to manage both client&candidate relationships, efficient reporting and proposal writing to mirror needs and skills
  • Business skills to support the growth of our work as a potential partner

Qualifications / Δεξιότητες

  • Consulting background will be an asset
  • At least 4-5 years of experience from recruitment/talent assessment, either as a consultant or in-house recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Commercial and market awareness
  • Quality, work ethic, integrity and ownership in our individual and team work are valuable assets in our business
