Key accountabilities / Βασικά χαρακτηριστικά ρόλου

  • Client relationship building in the Learning & Development field of business
  • Customer support with needs assessment, internal brief for learning programmes to develop, proposal writing and efficient 360 communication for feedback sessions and business development
  • Internal communication to facilitate learning programmes customization, creation of new programmes and tailor made sessions upon client needs to fit remote, physical (blended) and all relevant needs for people development (giving insight and direction)
  • Coordination of venue, material, trainers, and client teams participating in training programmes to achieve excellence

  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with existing clients
  • Mastery in understanding client needs and elevating our business
  • Great skill in internal team working
  • Experience with the services field, especially training, learning, people development, coaching
